Return Policy for Handmade Items

Thank you for supporting handmade craftsmanship. All of our products are created individually by hand, which means that each piece is unique and may contain natural variations in color, texture, size, or finish. These characteristics are not flaws they are the distinctive details that give handmade items their charm, individuality, and lasting value. We consider these variations a treasured part of the handmade process.

Eligibility for Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

The item arrives damaged from shipping.
The item received is significantly different from the item ordered (excluding handmade variations described above).

Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is handmade:

Variations that naturally occur during the creation process such as slight differences in color, shape, size, pattern, or material are not eligible for return.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

Contact us at info@thehandmadeworld.com with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo of the product.
If a return is approved, items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
