Thank you for supporting handmade craftsmanship. We take great care to package and ship your items safely. Please review the information below regarding our shipping process.


1. Processing Time

Because all of our products are handmade, processing times may vary.
Our typical processing time is:

  • Standard items: 3-4 business days

Processing time refers to the time it takes to create, prepare, and package your order before shipment.


2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item weight, and preferred shipping method.

We typically ship using:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.


3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are only estimates.
Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: USA

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties for international orders.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses
    If an item is returned to us due to address errors, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once packages are handed to the carrier, they are under the carrier’s responsibility.

  • Lost or stolen packages:
    We are not liable for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please contact your local carrier office for assistance.
  • Damaged packages:
    If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and the item so we can assist you.

8. Multiple Items & Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments depending on availability, production time, or packaging requirements.
